Your Order Cancellation Rights

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will promptly reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned Goods, using the same payment method as your original Order, without incurring any fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Customized or clearly personalized Goods.
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiration date being exceeded.
  • Goods not fit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds are applicable only to regular priced Goods. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held accountable for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Using a mail service that is insured and trackable is our recommendation. Refunds will only be processed upon the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of a received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return's value. Upon receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
